Group Leader position is preferably at least 2-3 years of work experience in the same position
Section head position is preferably at least 3-5 years of work experience in the same position
Department Head position is preferably at least 3-5 years of work experience in the same position
Have a good communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, planning & organizing skills
Have a good skill in operating computers and software
Have possession of mine software
Have POP/POM/POU certificate is preferred
Have an understanding of business processes in Mining
