PT BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) Adalah Sebuah Lembaga Dimana Pasar modal berlangsung,  bursa efek telah hadir sejak jaman kolonial Belanda dan tepatnya pada tahun 1912 di Batavia. 

 

ketika itu didirikan oleh pemerintah Hindia Belanda untuk kepentingan pemerintah kolonial atau VOC. Meskipun pasar modal telah ada sejak tahun 1912,pertumbuhan pasar modal tidak berjalan seperti yang diharapkan, bahkan pada beberapa periode kegiatan pasar modal mengalami kevakuman. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti perang dunia ke I dan II, perpindahan kekuasaan dari pemerintah kolonial kepada pemerintah Republik Indonesia, dan berbagai kondisi yang menyebabkan operasi bursa efek tidak dapat berjalan sebagaimana mestinya.

 

PT BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI) adalah Self Regulatory Organization (SRO) yang menyediakan infrastruktur untuk mendukung terselenggaranya perdagangan efek yang teratur, wajar, dan efisien serta mudah diakses oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Visi kami adalah menjadi Bursa Efek yang kompetitif dengan kredibilitas kelas dunia. Untuk menjadi Bursa yang kredibel dan mendukung inklusi Pasar Modal Indonesia, kami menyadari bahwa sumber daya manusia memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan pencapaian visi kami.

General Requirements

  1. Graduate from reputable university/college with GPA min. 3.00

  2. Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing

  3. Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

  4. Having Knowledge about Capital market will be an advantage

1. Capital Market Microstructure Research Officer


  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Data Science (Mathematics, Statistics)

  2. Minimum 2-year experience, preferably in the capital market industry especially in portfolio management

  3. Actively writing scientific papers in the last two years and having articles published in scholarly journals will be advantage

  4. Ability to quickly assimilate and analyse large amounts of data/ information

  5. Familiar in creating form and collecting data using various tools such as Lime survey, Bloomberg

  6. Knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas:

    1. Data exploration and modelling

    2. Problems formulation and solving

    3. Data visualization and reporting

    4. Automation and programming languages (e.g., Visual Basic, SQL)

    5. Survey management and monitoring

  7. Willing to put extra efforts at work with tight schedule, hight achievement and result orientation

  8. High analytical thinking and good presentation skills

2. Sharia Business Development Officer


Requirements

  1. Bachelor in Economic / Islamic Finance/ Islamic Business/ Economic Development.

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  3. Have a Knowledge of Islamic Finance.

  4. Have a comprehensive knowledge of Sharia Capital Market

  5. Know Digital Literation

  6. Have excellent communication and presentation skill

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance.

  2. Minimum 1 year experience in related fields, experience in Public Accountant Firm will be preferable.

  3. Having strong knowledge about accounting and financial analysis.

  4. Having good communication and presentation skills.

4. Member Evaluation and Monitoring Officer

Requirements

  1. Bachelor in Accounting

  2. Minimum 1 year experience in Public Accountant Firm.

  3. Having a strong knowledge of accounting and audit procedures.

  4. Having knowledge about Capital Market will be preferable.

  5. Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills.

5. Data Sales and Marketing Officer


  1. Bachelor in Marketing / Finance / Management

  2. Having work experiences in the field of marketing and capable of well understand financial technology

  3. Fluent in spoken and written English

  4. High interest in data-driven marketing and growth development

  5. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to read data trends, able to draw conclusions and perform impact analysis

  6. Able to think outside the box & strategically to come up with new initiatives to address problems

  7. Track record of successful new customer engagements and sales / market share growth in previous assignments.

  8. A keen interest in capital market and willing to learn about the industry

  9. Excellent project management abilities to juggle multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize various internal and external stakeholders

Kualifikasi

  1. Lulusan Sarjana (S1) dari Jurusan Akuntansi

  2. Memiliki minimal 1 tahun pengalaman dibidang terkait

7. Information System Audit Officer

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information Systems/Cyber Security.

  2. Minimum 1 year experience in related fields.

  3. Having knowledge about IT audit, IT general control, dan application control.

  4. Having knowledge about risk management and IT Control Framework (COBIT, ITIL, NIST, ISO 27000).

  5. Having IT Certification (CISA, CEH, CSX, COBIT) will be preferred.

  6. Experienced in creating and maintaining IT and/or information security policies and procedures

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/ Computer Systems/ Industrial Engineering/ Telecommunications Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Information Systems/ Informatics Engineering

  2. Having at least 1 year of professional working experience in the related field

  3. Having good skills in Analytical & Design Thinking

  4. Having skills in setting up and maintaining area development (Linux/Windows-based Server, Virtualization & Storage, Network, Security)

  5. Having good public speaking & communication skills

  6. Being proactive in providing new ideas to improve performance

9. Network and Technical Support Officer


Requirements

  1. S1 majoring in Computer Science/ Informatics Engineering/ Telecommunication Engineering/ any field that related to network and computer

  2. Minimum 1 year in relevant field

  3. Knowledgeable in IT Infrastructure, IT Network, IT Security, IT Service Management

  4. Having skill in Linux & Windows Server Administration, Virtualization Technology and Cloud Computing, and Stock Exchange Business and Operation.

10. Transaction investigation Officer


Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting

  2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply / Experience max 3 years

  3. Strong in Financial Analysis

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and sound judgment to identify issues and present creative and practical solutions

  5. Having knowledge on Capital Market Comprehension, Capital Market Law Regulation and fundamentals of inspection techniques (audit)

  6. Having the ability to make an Inspection Report

11. Subsidiaries Management Officer


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1)/ Master Degree (S2) in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Economy Development/ Magister Management

  2. Having experience in related fields
