berlokasi di Kawasan Industri Ejip Cikarang Bekasi , PT Indonesia Epson Industry merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang memproduksi berbagai macam barang elektronik. salah satunya yaitu printer merk EPSON,  Pastinya memberi  pengalaman menarik  bagi para pengguna  dengan nama EPSON sudah tidak asing lagi bagi kita, karena salah satu produknya sering kita lihat dan kita gunakan


Produk merk EPSON sendiri sudah dikenal banyak orang di Indonesia maupun dunia, PT Epson juga merupakan anak dari perusahaan asal Jepang yaitu Seiko EPSON Corporation. PT EPSON berdiri pada tahun 2000 an dengan jumlah karyawan yang cukup banyak dan didominasi oleh kaum wanita. Meskipun begitu, bukan berarti kaum pria tidak direkrut ke dalam PT Epson, ada beberapa juga karyawan pria yang bekerja di perusahaan tersebut.

Lowongan Kerja PT EPSON

1. Firmware Design Staff/ Embedded

  1. Desain Firmware Printer untuk beberapa fungsi pencetakan (gerakan mekanis, salin, pindai, GUI, pemrosesan gambar)

  2. Melakukan proses desain, mulai dari: Studi spesifikasi, membuat konsep desain, pemrograman (menggunakan C atau C++), debugging, evaluasi dalam pengembangan firmware.

 

Persyaratan :

  1. Gelar Sarjana Teknik Elektronika/Teknik Informatika/Teknik Komputer

  2. Memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang pengembangan perangkat lunak, pemrograman (terutama bahasa C/C++) dan OOP

  3. Pemikiran analitis yang kuat, perencanaan yang baik dan pengorganisasian tugas

  4. Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan tenggat waktu yang ketat

 

2. Software Engineer/Full Stack Developer

Uraian Tugas

  1. Rancang dan kembangkan aplikasi web lini bisnis yang skalabel, andal, dan toleran terhadap kesalahan yang mendukung operasi manufaktur Epson.

  2. Tulis kode yang Anda banggakan, dengan mempertimbangkan ekstensibilitas, skalabilitas, dan kinerja.

  3. Menulis kode yang dapat dipelihara dan bersih, serta dapat mengikuti standar kode perusahaan.

  4. Menganalisis persyaratan dan merancang fungsionalitas baru.

  5. Terus temukan, evaluasi, dan terapkan teknologi baru untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi pengembangan.

  6. Mendukung dan memperbaiki fungsionalitas yang ada.

 

Persyaratan :

  1. D3/S1 programming academic background is preferred (Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics).

  2. Have good problem solving.

  3. Proficiency with fundamental front-end web programming language such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  4. Familiar with one or more of server-side popular programming languages such as ASP.NET, C#, NodeJS, Ruby, Python, Go-Lang, Java or PHP.

  5. Experienced in dealing with databases.

  6. Familiar with Application Lifecycle Management tools such as Git, VSTS, or TFS.

  7. Enjoy working in a team, able to work to deadlines.

  8. Able to work with minimal supervision.

  9. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

3. Mechanical Design Staff

Job Description:

  1. Making design concept, modeling, drawing, and evaluation

  2. Making documents (Technical report, specification, calculation)

Persyaratan :

  1. D4/S1 Mechanical/ Mechatronics Engineering

  2. Able to work in team/individually

  3. Familiar with Technical drawing software (such as:CATIA or Pro-Eng software)

4. PCB Design Staff

Job Description:

  1. Design electrical circuit (Main controller, Power supply, digital circuit) board design for printer

  2. Evaluating and trouble shoot electronic circuit

  3. EMC testing and making the report

  4. Investigate new technology or make innovation in electronic design

Persyaratan :

  1. D4/S1 Electrical/Electronics Engineering

  2. Understanding Digital Circuit Analysis

  3. Electrical Design and Evaluation Electronic Circuit Analysis and able to use C Language well

5. Software Evaluation Staff


Job Description:

  1. Do quality confirmation of new printer software/firmware to ensure all functions running as design, and product has performance as specified in quality standard

  2. Analyze any nonconformance items for customer points of view, to be feedback for design improvement

  3. Designing inspection check sheet

  4. Analyze and reporting problem and inspection results

  5. Design printer program-based requirement specification of printer

  6. Develop printer program based on design specification

  7. Make sure the quality of developed program by competences evaluation

Requirement:

  1. D4/S1 Electronic / Informatics / Computer/Telecommunication Engineering for fresh graduate or experienced

  2. Have knowledge of software development and programming (C/ C++ language)

  3. Understand software structure networking and testing

  4. Has knowledge and interest in software testing (Software Quality Assurance) new technology trend, customer behavior

  5. Has knowledge in networking technology

  6. Strong in analytical thinking

  7. Good systematic of works

  8. Able to work under pressure and tight deadline

6. Parts Engineering Staff

Job Description:


  1. Follow up and control part quality, from design discussion until mass production

  2. Monitoring and control supplier QCD performance

Persyaratan :

  1. D4/S1 Mechanical/Material Metallurgical Engineering

  2. Able to read technical drawing (2D and 3D)

  3. Understand mold injection process

  4. Good negotiation skill

  5. Able to work in team or individually

7. Product Engineering Staff

Job Description:

  1. Involving in engineering process of a product

  2. Creating ALO, WI, MOST

  3. Conducting defect analysis up to root cause in engineering process of a product

  4. Quality support during engineering sample and mass production

Persyaratan :

  1. D3/S1 in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering (exp. 1 year would be advantage)

  2. Understand Part Drawing (3D Design)

  3. Fast learner and strong in analytical thinking

8. Electrical Staff (Installation)


Job Description:

  1. Make scheduling, reporting, presentation & proposal related to Troubleshooting, Periodic/Midterm Maintenance, Shutdown maintenance sbuild drawing, single line & equipment drawing.

  2. Handle Equipment Maintenance system for industrial such as Trafo, Panel Medium Voltage / Low

  3. Voltage Grounding System, Lightning, Fire Alarm, Sound System, Generator, Lighting.

  4. Conduct improvement activites related to Energy Saving Program and Equipment.

Persyaratan :

  1. D3-D4/S1 Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

  2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  3. Understand well : asbuild drawing, single line & equipment drawing.

  4. Active, disciplin, honest, responsible, able to work in team and independent.

9. Mechanical & Robotic Staff

Job Description:

  1. D3-Mechanical Engineering

  2. Have good understanding of mechanical drawing

  3. Have good understanding of wiring pneumatic, repairing and set up machine

Persyaratan :


  1. D3/D4/S1 Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering

  2. Able to make 2D and 3D technical drawing

  3. Familiar with 2D & 3D drawing application such as AutoCAD/Pro Engineering.

  4. Good communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia

10. Automation Machine Maintenance

Job Description:

  1. Repairs/problem solving for production machines (Automation machine)

  2. Handling Error machine

  3. Handling Quality problem machine

  4. Make daily machine stop time report, History report

  5. Perform regular maintenance on production machines

  6. Handling Daily/weekly/monthly Preventive Machine and Machine inspection

Persyaratan :

  1. D3 Electrical/Electronics Engineering

  2. Understanding of PLC Programming.

  3. Familiar with automation system, pneumatic, and wiring diagram

  4. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

11. Mecha Assy Staff

Job Description:


Mechanical engineering basic job especially reading mechanical drawing assembly machine, wiring pneumatic, repairing & set up machine

12. Electrical Automation Engineering

Job Description:

  1. Operating and controlling C language Program
