1. Production Supervisor/ Executive
Qualification :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical)
Fluent in English both verbal and written (is a must)
At least 3 years of working experience as Production Executive/Production Supervisor in Manufacturing Industry
Maximum 35 years old
Have technical drawing knowledge such as Auto Cad, Solid works etc
Able to operate Microsoft Office & SAP
Strong analytical and problem solving skills and able to establish logical practical solutions
2. Recruitment & Training Executive
Job Description :
Manage all activities related to organization and people development to support department and employees achieve their target
Arrange the Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Create training modules and methods
Deliver training courses
Coordinate, organize, conduct in-house trainings
Continuously evaluate and improve training design, materials, methodology and delivery
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Conduct the whole recruitment process ( Job posting, screening, psychology and interview )
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience as recruitment & training supervisor/ executive
Maximum 35 years old
Able to use psychology tools
Has experience in implementation : TNA, Training evaluation, Competency
Fluent in English both oral & written ( is a must )
Having good communication skill, leadership, analiticaly thinking, full responsibilities
Experience regarding ISO 9001:2015
Experience regarding ISO 14001:2015
Willing to work in Cikarang
