PT Patra SK secara resmi didirikan pada 19 November 2006 dan sekarang diperingati sebagai Hari Peringatan Perusahaan. Pabrik LBO Dumai Grup 3 sendiri selesai dibangun pada bulan Maret 2008 dan satu bulan setelah startup awal, kami berhasil memproduksi produk spek pada bulan April 2008. Dari tahun 2008 hingga sekarang, 


PT PatraSK telah mencapai produksi lebih dari 1.000.000 barel dengan kapasitas desain 9.000 barel per hari.


PT Patra SK  Berdiri Hasil Dari Kerjasama Antara  PT. PERTAMINA (Persero) cq. PT. PATRA NIAGA dengan Perusahaan SK Energy Korea Selatan yang bergerak dalam Bidang Pengolahan Lube Base Oil (Bahan Baku Oil). 


Patungan antara SK Lubricants sebagai anak perusahaan dari SK Innovation dan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Pertamina (Persero) melalui Perjanjian tanggal 23 April 2006 dengan pangsa komposisi untuk SK Lubricants adalah 65% dan PT Pertamina Patra Niaga adalah 35%.

Lowongan Kerja PT Patra SK (Joint Venture SK Lubricants & Pertamina)

Accounting Staff (AS)

Tasks:

 

  1. Under direct supervision, understands the company’s financial and accounting systems, processes, policies, and procedures.

  2. Prepares account reconciliations, identifies, and resolves issues.

  3. Prepares and posts journal vouchers which may include consolidations and eliminations.

  4. Researches and resolves basic accounting issues and transactions.

  5. Gathers financial information for report preparation

  6. Provide advice, assistance, and guidance to other divisions in the company when necessary

  7. Make a good filing/documentation

  8. Do any other tasks that might reasonably be requested by supervisor

Qualifications:

 

  1. Bachelor’s degree from reputable Universities majoring Accounting with min. GPA 3.00.

  2. Male/Female, between 24 – 28 years old.

  3. Have experience in performing a variety of general accounting support tasks.

  4. 2-4 years or more related experiences in a big four accounting firm is preferable

  5. Good computer skills and having good knowledge and experiences with ERP system preferably SAP

  6. Understanding and updating accounting standards (US GAAP, PSAK/IFRS) will be an advantage.

  7. Having teamwork spirit; motivation to meet deadlines

  8. Having knowledge about Indonesian Taxation, budgeting, finance and treasury

  9. Holding CA certification is preferable

  10. Attention to details, strong accuracy, high initiative, and high self-endurance

  11. Good analytical skills, and communication skills (both in Indonesian and English).

  12. Placement: Jakarta
