Sejak tahun 1996 SMSM telah terdaftar sebagai perusahaan publik, dan sekarang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.dengan  saham sebesar 70% di PT Panata Jaya Mandiri, dan juga memiliki saham 15% di PT POSCO IJPC,yang termasuk dalam  sebuah perusahaan patungan atau Joint Venture dengan Posco dan Daewoo International Corporation, Korea.

Lowongan Kerja PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk


1. Production Manager

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 2.75

  2. Have 2 years of experience as Production Manager, especially in the automotive components industry

  3. Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in the previous company.

  4. Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  5. Highly organized, proactive, flexible, dynamic, strong sense of leadership & responsibility, and customer-oriented

  6. Willing to work in shift

  7. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

2. Maintenance Staff

 

Requirements

  1. Possess a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering

  2. Preferably have a minimum 1 year of experience in the related field, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

  3. Good knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, pneumatics and hydraulics especially in manufacturing industry

  4. Familiarity with PLC, SCADA and AutoCAD would be a huge advantage

  5. Strong analytical thinking & problem solving skills

  6. Adaptable, collaborative and committed to excellence

  7. Willing to be placed in our Plant Kapuk – Jakarta and Curug – Tangerang

3. Sales Export Senior Officer

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, preferably from Business Studies/Administration/Management

  2. Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Sales Export Officer or a similar role in the related field

  3. Strong knowledge of the details of the export business such as international contract terms, foreign currencies, tariffs and trading regulations

  4. Proven work experience in handling overseas market (Asian, American, European and etc)

  5. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is a must, fluency in any other language would be a huge asset

  6. Computer literate also familiarity with CRM Software

  7. Excellent analytical thinking, communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

  8. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

4. Engineering Manager

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or related fields

  2. Have 2 years experience as Engineering Manager, especially in the automotive components industry
    In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering, product development & design, technical drawing (manual and/or software)

  3. Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in the previous company

  4. Strong analytical thinking, leadership and project management skills

  5. Highly organized, proactive, can-do attitude, dynamic, result oriented and customer focused

  6. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

5. Production Staff

 

Requirements

  1. Possess a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Mechanical /Industrial/Mechatronic/Electrical Engineering

  2. Have a minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  3. Passionate about building a career especially in manufacturing industry

  4. Familiarity with CNC machines, AutoCAD / Solidworks software, PLC and any other related technical hard skills would be a huge plus

  5. Ready to do fieldwork and work in shift

  6. Ability to work both independently and in a team

  7. Strong sense of leadership, adaptable and committed to excellence

  8. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

6. HV AC Sales Engineer

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Engineering (preferably mechanical) or any related major

  2. Minimum 2 years of working experience as Sales Engineer in the HVAC industry

  3. Good understanding of HVAC product details and technical specifications

  4. Extensive knowledge of market research & analysis, business development and strategic planning related to HVAC products

  5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a previous company

  6. Proficient in English and computer/digital technology would be a huge plus

  7. Highly energetic, extroverted, can-do attitude, dynamic and customer-focused

  8. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang and/or Pluit – Jakarta (mobile)

7. IT Infrastructure & Security

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related major

  2. Have 3-5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure & Security field

  3. Solid understanding of IT Hardware & Software, Network, Storage and Security management

  4. Good knowledge of various security systems for databases, software, applications, servers and devices including antivirus and firewall

  5. Familiarity with MikroTik & Cisco products would be highly preferred

  6. Ability to prioritize and multi-task

  7. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

8. Cost Controller

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.00

  2. Have 2-6 years of experience working in Cost Control Department, specifically in manufacturing industry

  3. Good understanding of cost management, budget & cost estimation and manufacturing operations

  4. Familiarity using SAP FICO Module is a must

  5. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills

  6. Adaptable, collaborative and committed to excellence

  7. Willing to be placed in Head Office (Pluit – North Jakarta)

9. SAP PP (Functional Consultant)

 

Requirements

  1. Possess at least a Diploma Degree (D3) in Information Technology/Information System/Accounting or related fields

  2. Have a minimum 2 years of experience as a functional consultant

  3. Have a proven experience gathering and documenting Functional Requirements also transitioning them to Technical Requirements

  4. Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  6. Ability to work both independently and in a team

  7. Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang
