1. Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

 

1. Ensure that the availability of subsidiary financial reports is available accurately and on time;

2. Ensure reports are in accordance with PSAK through management of administrative and accounting functions;

3. Ensure that the length of the individual company annual audit report draft is completed on time;

4. Ensure the timely completion of the Normalized EBITDA Report;

5. Ensure the percentage of accuracy of the Financial Statement released in accordance with the Financial Statement list

Requirements:

 

1. Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) Accounting

2. Having minimum 3 year experiences as Accounting Staff

3. Familiar with Journal and Financial Report

4. Having knowledge in planning & budgeting control

5. Expert in making & analyze financial reporting

2. Knowledge Management Officer

Job Description

 

1. Ensuring end-to-end process in Knowledge Management

2. Measuring the effectiveness of the Knowledge management Activities being implemented in company

3. Ensuring  variant and amount of employee improvements resulting from Knowledge Management activities

4. Ensuring all materials are published in Learning Management System

5. Developing and monitoring Learning Management System implementation

Requirements:

 

1. Minimum S1 in any major

2. Having minimum 2 years experiences in the same field

3. Having experience in handling or developing Learning Management System (LMS)

4. A dedicated person with strong proven result in Knowledge Understanding the Knowledge Management framework skills

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, visual and media skills

6. Experienced using tools for video editing applications FCP or adobe premiere.

7. Able to Analyze data

3. Project Planning & Monitoring Analyst

Responsibilities:

 

1. Ensure the accuracy of site order and also data project progress

2. Analyze customer site orders

3. Monitor the development process of site acquisition

4. Ensure weekly & monthly report submit on time

5. Ensure the availability of documents in accordance with project timeline

Requirements:

 

1. Minimum S1 in any major (preferably from Telco/Informatic Engineering)

2. Having 3 years experiences in Telecommunication Industry

3. Having great basic telco skills, especially Fiber Optic, Project Tower & Micro Cell Pole (MCP)

4. Able to analyze and monitor data

5. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Oracle & SQL

6. Excellent in coordination and communication

7. Willing to travel
