1. Manager – Mine Engineering (Placement : Site Bakan-North Sulawesi)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering with related experiences
Technically strong in Mine Planning, Scheduling and Pit Design
Strong knowledge in the Whittle 4.x, XPAC and Surpac 6.x
Visible leadership in Safety, Environmental and Social Responsibility
Demonstrate strong Interpersonal, Impact, Influence and Presentation Skills
Strong Analytical Thinking, Problem-Solving Skills and Meticulous
Ability to work as part of a team and on-own initiative
More than 10 years of experience in Gold Mine Engineering / Operations (> 5 years in a managerial role)

2. Superintendent – Geotechnical (Placement : Site Doup-North Sulawesi)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in mine engineering or related discipline.
Have extensive site-based mining experience with a capability in Hard Rock Geotechnical.
Familiar with Pit Mapping, Geological & Geotechnical Pit Mapping, Rock Testing.
Have good analytical thinking, presentation and reporting skills, and project management skills.
Minimum 8-10 year/s relevant experience in the gold mining industry is preferred.

3. Senior Geologist – Brownfield Exploration (Placement : Site Doup-North Sulawesi)

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology (BSc / S1) with related experiences.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in gold exploration and mining.
Geology and mining software competency.
Minimum POP certification is more preferable.
Understanding of all aspects in exploration &/or mine operation geology, including all standard procedures of exploration & production geology, construction and operation, as well as K3 (Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja).
Ability and confidence to work and think independently, even in areas outside of core competencies, while contributing as a team player.
Innovative and creative mind with a focus on implementation and process improvement.
Good verbal and written skills, in both presentation and technical writing.

4. Senior Geologist – Production Geology (Placement : Site Doup-North Sulawesi)

Requirements

Minimum education Bachelor of Geology (BSc / S1)
Have a minimum 5 years of work experience in gold exploration and mining operations.
Geology and mining software competency
Minimum POP certification is more preferable
Understanding of all aspects in exploration &/or mine operation geology, including all standard procedures of exploration & production geology, construction and operation, as well as K3 (Kesehatan & Keselamatan Kerja)
Ability and confidence to work and think independently, even in areas outside of core competencies, while contributing as a team player.

5. Manager – Contract Management System (Placement : Head Office-Jakarta)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree of all majoring with related experiences
Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
Deep understanding of contract business model and its purpose, contractual language and terms, and contract lifecycle
Critical thinking skills, ability to research and understand on legal and financial implications
Possesses superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines
Identifying and resolving contract risks and issues
Minimum of 5 years working experience in mining industry and related field are required

6. Specialist – Contract (Placement : Head Office-Jakarta)

Requirements

Bachelor Degree of all majoring with related experiences
Demonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminology
Deep understanding of contract business model and its purpose, contractual language and terms, and contract lifecycle

Identifying and resolving contract risks and issues
Minimum of 3 years working experience in mining industry and related field are required

7. Specialist – Rehab DAS (Placement : Site Bakan-North Sulawesi)

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or its equivalent; Having a Postgraduate Degree in Mine Rehabilitation and Ecology Restoration is preferable.
Minimum six (6) years of supervisory work experience in Mine Rehabilitation.
Able to operate GIS databases would be preferable.
Holding a POP/POM certificate or qualification certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with the level of position.
Having strong knowledge of Mine Rehabilitation, Acid Rock Drainage, Mine Water Management and Forest Ecology Forest Ecology.
Environmental management system training (ISO 14001:2015).
Having a training certificate of mine reclamation & revegetation from ESDM.
Having strong leadership, teambuilding, and interpersonal skills.
Having experience in supervision of the Rehab DAS program and activities.
Having a GANIS PKB certificate is preferable.
