Lowongan Kerja PT Sumber Natural Indonesia (Seven Retail Group)

1. Admin Purchasing

Job Descriptions :

Analyze the price of goods needed by the company
Maintain and update inventory inventory records and item location.
Collecting data – supplier data to meet the goods needed by the company
Updating PO data or tracking items that have been purchased
Ensure that the ordered goods arrive according to the specified schedule
Archive data regularly and neatly
Can create supplier database
High integrity
Mastering Ms Office

Requirements :

Have a minimum education Diploma or Strata
Have good analytical
Able to adapt to the environment
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Willing to be placed in Cikupa – Tangerang Regency

2. Admin Social Media

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Mencari influencers di Instagram dan Tiktok untuk diajak kerjasama sesuai dengan kriteria yang dibutuhkan
Menghubungi influencers dan menjawab pertanyaan dari influencers
Follow up ke influencers

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK Sederajat
Memiliki kemampuan pada data entry
Menguasai penggunaan Ms. Excel
Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
Mampu bekerja dengan cepat

3. Admin Site Development

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Membuat reporting
Membuat offering letter untuk Sa/Mail
Pengarsipan data
Membuat perjanjian sewa-menyewa
Memiliki pemahaman profit and lost dan forecast lebih disukai

Kualifikasi :

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1/S2/Sederajat
Memiliki kemampuan mengoperasikan Ms. Office
Memiliki kemampuan membuat presentasi yang menarik
Teliti dan rajin
Menguasai spreadsheet dan pengarsipan

4. Training & Development Staff

Job Descriptions :

Responsible for reviewing, compiling and developing (updating) training materials (PIC technical materials)
Deliver training materials using effective techniques for operational teams
Coordinate with superiors in compiling and updating curriculum, syllabus & modules
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training (Level of reaction and post test)
Support the implementation of all training and organizational development projects

Qualifications :

Minimum education Diploma 3
Minimum 1 year experience as a Trainer/Training Staff in the Food and Beverage industry
Have active and good communication skills
Have good presentation skills
Able to operate Ms Office
Have knowledge & skills about training
Have responsibility in managing work to completion
Able to adapt quickly
Have a strong desire to learn and develop
Creative and Innovative
Have high enthusiasm and confidence

5. Quality Assurance Senior

Job Descriptions :

Documenting quality assurance activities
Interpreting, establishing the standards required by the company
Coordinate with related depts regarding CAPA
Provide recommendations for solutions to Quality cases that occur
CCP Analysis & Mapping
Understand HACCP, GMP, SSOP, PRP
Have good problem solving

Qualifications :

Have a minimum of 4-5 years experience as Quality Control / In the restaurant industry
Minimum education S1 or more majoring in Food Technology /Food Technology from a reputable university
Detail, thorough, agile, responsible, willing to work mobile
A plus if you have a certificate related to Quality Control
Have analysis & think systematically
Have good communication
