Lowongan Kerja PT VIVO Mobile Indonesia

1. Export Import Compliance Specialist

Job Description:

 

  1. Support internal operational team and incharge for Harmonized Tariff System (HTS).

  2. Update and implement all export import regulation and laws.

  3. Provide, Maintain data and act as document controller for internal and external audits.

  4. Handle the customs clearance for the sea section from monitoring shipment to arrival arrangements.

  5. Other administration tasks given by superior.

Job Requirements:

 

  1. Bachelor degree or above majoring in Business Management or Logistics from reputable universities

  2. Have minimum 2 years working experience in handling export import compliance.

  3. Full proficiency in English or Mandarin

  4. Have strong logical & analytical thinking.

  5. Understand basics of export import and solve problem analysis.

  6. Goal & Details oriented, Proactive and Creative Thinking.

  7. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

2. IT Infrastructure

Job Descriptions :

 

  1. Responsible for monitoring and daily maintenance of network (switch/router/wireless AP/meeting room device) and data center & server room.

  2. Responsible for troubleshooting for the network-related issue, or provide the remote environment for HQ

  3. Responsible for New switch installation, broken device replacement and other task related

  4. Responsible for Assist some desktop work

Job Requirements :

 

  1. Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Information Technology

  2. Full proficiency in English or Mandarin

  3. Understand STP/VLAN/DHCP/HSRP/OSPF/switch stack

  4. Have experience with Cisco devices(switch and router, catalyst) and AP/meeting rooms/optical fiber/other kinds of network related devices etc.

  5. Have experience for network analyze and monitor tool

  6. CCNA or higher certification is preferred

  7. Willing to do overtime (if needed)

  8. Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang.
