pada tahun 1956 di Semarang merupakan awal dari perusahaan yang bernama PT Saka Farma Laboratories atau Kalbe Consumer Health didirikan ,awalnya perusahan ini hanya bergerak pada bidang usaha perdagangan obat-obatan & kebutuhan farmasi lainnya,.
waktu demi waktu dilalui perusahaan dengan perkembangan yang baik maka tahun 1960 didirikan PT Saka Farma , kegiatan usahanya berupa memproduksi dan memasarkan obat-obatan produksinya sendiri.
perusahaan terus menuju perkembangan yang sangat baik seiring dengan perjalanan waktu hingga memasuki era tahun 1990 yang mampu untuk bersaing semakin kompetitif terhadap kompetitornya.
pada tahun 1997 perusahaan menggandeng PT Kalbe Farma Tbk yang merupakan perusahaan farmasi terbesar di Tanah Air yang memiliki kompetensi dalam industri farmasi ,dan perusahaan berubah nama menjadi PT Saka Farma Laboratories. Pada akhir Agustus 2009, PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) menguasai seluruh kepemilikan PT Saka Farma Laboratories.

Station: Head Office, North Jakarta
1. HRBP Manager
Requirements
Min Bachelor degree, bachelor of Law are more preferred
Must have related experience min 3 years
Experience on end to end HR process, especially industrial relation in manufacturing
Excellence on negotiation, communication skill, manage team and people
Have an excellence skill on strategic Thinking and able to work independent
2. Associate Brand Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
1- 2 years of marketing experience (multinational organization preferred).
Have experience in assisting with the Development of Brands is an advantage.
Excellent in English both spoken and written.
Have a good understanding of the BTL and ATL promotions.
Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
Have An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.
Demonstrates strong accountability, agility, collaboration and responsiveness.
Be adept in time management, execution, follow up, and have excellent attention to detail.
Experience within Pharmaceutical company is an advantage.
Experience with and an understanding of market research is an advantage.
3. Internal Communication & Corp Sustainability
Requirements:
Minimal Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines, Communications major is preferred
Have 3+ years of experience in internal communication or related field, ideally in-house, working with colleagues in multiple locations and 1+ years of experience in sustainability/CSR or related field
Experience, including drafting and publishing of written and audio-visual content
The ability to design software will be an advantage
Understanding of various channels of internal communication
Strong project management skills
Understanding of international sustainability references; SDG, ISO 2600, GRI, POJK 51, RAN Bappenas, SASB will be an advantage
Understanding of social mapping and SROI will be an advantage
Strong project management and communication skills
Have the ability to facilitate, analyze, adapt, build working relationships, continuous learning, negotiation, planning & organizing, good time-management, self-leadership, as well as encouragement to achieve optimal work quality.
4. Digital Business Analyst
Requirements :
Candidates must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Information System.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field.
Required skills : SQL
Possess excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and good communications.

5. Administration

Job Requirements :

Requirements:

Responsibilities :
Melakukan study preformulasi untuk pengembangkan produk baru (pencarian/studi pustaka, jurnal, internet)
Membuat rancangan penelitian sederhana (termasuk rancangan formula)
Melakukan trial skala lab, pilot, pendampingan produksi untuk sediaan tablet, kapsul, liquid, semisolid
Membuat protokol dan laporan penelitian
Melakukan panel rasa untuk sediaan yang dikembangkan
Requirements :
Pendidikan min D3 Farmasi
Pengalaman di bidang yang sama min 1 thn
Memiliki basic pengetahuan formulasi dan pencarian pustaka untuk formulasi
Dapat melakukan evaluasi fisik sediaan
Mampu mengoperasikan mesin trial skala lab
Mandiri, fast learner, dan mudah beradaptasi
Bersedia ditempatkan di Deltamas, Cikarang
8. Production Operator
Requirements:
Pendidikan minimal SMK Teknik Mesin.
Memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman di bidang farmasi.
Dapat mengoperasikan komputer/PLC.
Memiliki kompetensi dasar pengoperasian mesin, pembersihan mesin, perawatan mesin, dan CPOB.
Memahami Bahasa Inggris.

Requirements:
