Lowongan Kerja PT Softex Indonesia

1. Executive Secretary

 

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other related fields.

  2. At least 3 years of corporate secretarial work with experience assisting higher-level stakeholders.

  3. Fluent in English is a must, the ability to speak Mandarin would be a great advantage.

  4. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word & etc).

  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

  8. Ability to function well in a high-paced working style.

  9. Experience in managing and executing events, both internal and external.

  10. Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record-keeping systems.

  11. Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

2. Associate Brand Manager

 

Requirements:

  1. Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any discipline

  2. Min. 2 years of experience in Marketing Department preferably in FMCG industry

  3. Have an experience in handling 360 degree marketing campaign, NPD and research consumer markets

  4. Good understanding in e-Commerce

  5. Strong in data analysis and numeric

  6. Good communication skill and English proficiency

  7. Good interpersonal and leadership skills

  8. Willing to be placed at Alam Sutera – Tangerang

3. Supply Chain Finance Manager

 

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as : Supply Chain Finance Manager in FMCG company

  2. Excellent data analytics and reporting

  3. Strong analytical skill with good business acumen

  4. Good with numbers and financial planning and excellent Microsoft Excel skill

  5. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills

  6. Excellent organizational and leadership ability

  7. Problem-solving aptitude

4. Customer Service & Logistics Leader

 

Qualifications :

  1. Master’s in supply chain (desirable)

  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG with in-depth knowledge of Planning Demand and Supply, Customer

  3. Logistics development, Logistics in country, export and import.

  4. Knowledge in customer operating systems (SAP & APO)

  5. Complexity management

  6. Knowledge in inventory movements (system and physical)

  7. Customer orientation, strong influencing, and negotiation skills

  8. Strong analytics and problem-solving skills

  9. Strong presentation skills

  10. Process/Project Management

  11. Experience in Vendor Managed Inventory, Joint Business Planning

5. EHS Manager

 

Requirements :

  1. 7+ years related experience in an HSE leadership role; safety, engineering or equivalent science degree.

  2. Experience dealing with the complexities of the FMCG/ Pharmaceutical/ Healthcare industry.

  3. Demonstrated ability to develop,motivate and direct teams in a matrix organization.

  4. Demonstrated understanding of and ability to communicate effectively with regulatory authorities, government officials, major customers and senior executives within the organization

6. Key Account Manager

 

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum D3/ S1 from any major

  2. At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as Key Account Supervisor or Key Account Manager in managing Modern Trade Channel.

  3. Excellent communication skill, include a willingness to offer positive and negative feedback as needed.

  4. Excellent sales, persuasion and negotiation skill .

  5. Proven leadership skills, having ability to manage and motivate people to achieve.

  6. Excellent planning, analytical thinking and problem solving and report writing skill.

  7. Computer literate, especially for Ms.Office.

  8. Willing to go on a business trip and be placed/ rotates to other areas (throughout Indonesia).

  9. Full time position available.

7. Consumer Insight Assistant Manager

 

Requirements :

  1. Graduated from reputable universities majoring in Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science or relevant fields

  2. Preferably has minimum 5-8 years experience working in research agency/data analytics firm/consumer insight team in the client-side or relevant industry

  3. Strong insights experience (ideally doing quant research at Nielsen, Ipsos, Kantar, etc) or doing this role in other fmcg/cpg companies

  4. Good communication skills, verbally and written

  5. English fluency is a must (written and verbal)

  6. Good analytical skills is a must

  7. Able to work in a team and have a proactive and willing to learn attitude

  8. Have knowledge on primary research

  9. Have high attention to detail. Comfortable working with data (qualitative and quantitative data)

  10. Self-driven, ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize tasks is a plus. Able to perform under pressure and ambiguity

  11. Able to work under a tight timeline

  12. Willing to be place at Alam Sutera, Tangerang

8. CAPEX Controller

 

Requirements :

  1. Bachelor degree of Accounting, Finance or equivalent.

  2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.

  3. Professional qualification (ACCA, IESOEL, CIMA) would be a strong asset.

  4. Responsible, ambitious and committed to excellence at work.

  5. Strong analytical and numerical skills.

  6. Results-driven, capable to perform well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

  7. Excellence knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,Powerpoint).

  8. Fluent in English both oral and written.

  9. Willing to be placed in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
