Susi Air merupakan perusahaan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat,

 

setidaknya ada lima pangkalan udara untuk wilayah operasi Susi Air sepertai di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani ,walau  maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.

 

Susi Air  Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti,berawal  untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Gempa bumi Samudra Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatera beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.

 

Saat ini PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru. Adapun dibawah ini adalah posisi jabatan yang saat ini tersedia bagi para pencari kerja yang tertarik untuk mengembangkan karir bersama PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation dengan kualifikasi sebagai berikut.

1. Management Trainee


Requirements :

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree All Major from Reputable University

  2. Verbal and written English communication skill is a must

  3. Able to work individually and within a team

  4. Work well under pressure

  5. Good character, creative, innovative

  6. Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

  7. Skill in multitasking

  8. Excellent organizational skill

  9. Flexible in terms of working hours

  10. Able to work in an agile environment

2. HR Generalist

Requirements :

  1. Diploma/Bachelor’s degree All Major from Reputable University

  2. Minimum experience 1 – 2 years as an HR Generalist

  3. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus

  4. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures

  5. Good knowledge of employment/labor laws

3. IT Support

Responsibilities :

  1. Troubleshoot and prepare: PC configuration, Notebook/Laptop, server, printer, wifi network, CCTV, Mikrotik, operating system, and application

  2. Handle inventory assets, make IT Budget Plans, search for IT equipment specifications and make price quotes

  3. Supporting the needs and handling of problems relating to IT

  4. Monitor and maintain systems, local servers, and computer networks

  5. Assisting operational activities around IT Support and Networking

  6. Control the supervision and maintenance of network infrastructure, network security systems, hardware, software, equipment and other IT equipment

Requirements :


  1. Minimum 2 years experience in IT Support and Networking (Fresh Graduates are welcome)

  2. Maximum age 30 years

  3. Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Server / SSH, DHCP

  4. Familiar with Mikrotik (wireless, routeros, radius server)

  5. Understand tasks as IT Support, Windows operating systems, Linux, and Ms. Office

  6. Dedicated and easy to work with

  7. English is a mandatory

4. Full Stack Developer


Responsibilities :

  1. Update website with the most current information

  2. Develop, test and deploy dynamic web-based solutions

  3. Develop mobile apps and or hybrid apps is a plus

  4. Integrate third party system like payment solution, travel agency

  5. Work collaboratively with business and operation to determine web templates, designs and user journey

  6. Work as back end and front end developer

Requirements :


  1. Minimum 2 years of web and mobile development experience

  2. Ability to manually code web frontend application

  3. Strong database experience with SQL and or NoSqI

  4. Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP

  5. Experience with AJAX, JSON

  6. Experience with E-commerce websites

  7. Able to integrate with 3rd party services

  8. Proven experience is REST API

  9. Able to develop using VueJs or NuxtJs, React or NextJs, Typescript is a great plus

  10. Experience in mobile or hybrid application (IOS and Android) is a great plus

  11. Positive attitude is expected

  12. Able to start work immediately or with short notice

  13. Ability to keep learning and adapt new web/mobile technologies

  14. Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedules.

  15. English is a mandatory

5. In-House Lawyer

Responsibilities :


  1. They identify the legal risk in any documentation.

  2. The lawyers also guide the person on the assumed risk in a particular document.

  3. They are also responsible to interpret laws and different rules and regulations for the general public and people related to the juristic.

  4. A lawyer should also conduct proper research and gather evidence to make their case strong,

  5. They should also ensure that approvals are in order before any document is presented in court.

  6. A lawyer should also explain the law to clients and facilitate them with legal advice.

  7. Legal representation can also be offered as an arbitration.

  8. They should also create drafts of wills, properties, estates, contracts, and deeds.

  9. They are also expected to manage regulatory and compliance services for a legal firm.

  10. A lawyer should also be able to manage a team of legal assistants and paralegals across countries.

  11. They are also expected to make appearances in court.

  12. They are also expected to prepare legal notices and pleadings.

Requirements :


  1. They should have a bachelor’s degree in law.

  2. They should have been an attorney for at least 2 years.

  3. A lawyer should also have relevant experience in drafting legal documents for negotiation.

  4. They should also have experience in reviewing legal documents.

  5. They should also be well versed with Analytical abilities.

  6. Their legal concepts must also be strong and research skills should also be very strong.

  7. They should also be able to handle and work under pressure along with meeting deadlines.

  8. They can either work independently or also work as team members of a legal team.

  9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also vital for this role

Requirements :

  2. Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts

  3. Able to handle company documents and permits

  6. Ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Requirements :

  1. Minimum Bachelor/Diploma Degree

  2. Minimum 2 years work experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries

  3. Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe

  4. Photoshop, Al, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media (can using Figma will be a plus)

  5. Prior experience in branding and social media

  6. Social Media Digital Savvy

  7. Good in teamwork & managing workload

  8. High attention to detail and design aesthetics

  9. Able to translate a design brief into a visual
