Segmen usaha Base Maintenance menyediakan jasa heavy check rutin, modifikasi besar dan pengecatan eksterior pesawat, dan lainnya. Segmen usaha Component Services menyediakan jasa repair and overhaul untuk instrumen pesawat dan kontrol elektronik. 

 

Segmen usaha Cabin Maintenance menyediakan jasa perawatan kabin seperti pembersihan interior dan eksterior pesawat serta fumigasi, antara lainnya. Segmen usaha Line Maintenance menyediakan jasa pre-flight check, transit check and daily check. Segmen usaha Outstation Line Maintenance menyediakan jasa Line Maintenance di seluruh Indonesia. 

 

Segmen usaha Engine Maintenance menyediakan jasa perawatan mesin pesawat terbang. Segmen usaha Other Maintenance mencakup jasa material, jasa teknik dan furnitur dan layanan pelapis, antara lainnya.

Rookie Development Program/MT 2023

 

Rookie Development Program adalah sebuah kesempatan bagi fresh graduate yang antusias dalam mendevelop diri untuk mendari leader/pemimpin di Garuda Indonesi Group di masa depan.

Rookie Development Program dilaksanakan selama 2 tahun untuk membekali para Rookies dengan pengatahuan, leadership skill dan attitude yang selaras dengan AKHLAK BUMN agar siap ditempatkan di perusahaan yang tergabung di Garuda Indonesia Group pada berbagai posisi seperti Engineering, Planning, dan Business Support.

1. Rookie Development Program Engineering & Planning Matriculation

 

The Rookie development program prepares you for specialist roles across many functions in Garuda Indonesia Group, designed to create and develop highly skill, knowlegde, and attitude employees and professionals in various engineering, planning, and business support functions. You will be trained by highly experienced instructors and leaders in various knowledge aspects throughout your development journey. Starting off with an intensive formal learning followed by experiential and social learning, individual and group assignments across different parts of airline and MRO business.

Requirements :

 

  1. Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable University, majoring: General Engineering or related fields

  2. Maximum age for selection: 25 years old

  3. English proficiency test (TOEIC) score: 500 from reputable institutions (equivalent test such as IELTS or TOEFL is accepted)

  4. Single and willing to remain unmarried during the program

  5. Willing to be placed according to company needs

Required Skills

 

  1. Good critical and analytical skill

  2. Good problem-solving comprehension

  3. Excellent sense of improvement

  4. Excellent in communicating ideas clearly and effectively to gain understanding from peers and superiors
