TransNusa, Atau PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, Adalah Perusahaan Yang Bertindak Sebagai  maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia.

 

Wilayah Operasional PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri,Yang Paling utama Yaitu  Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service.

 

Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal.

 

Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai Desember  2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya

Lowongan Kerja PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri (Link Asia Group)

1. Airport Customer Service (Temporary Replacement 3 Months)


Requirements

  1. Minimum education SMA/equivalent

  2. Have work experience in the same field for at least 1 year in an airline

  3. Accustomed to doing reservation/booking/ issuance of tickets

  4. Ability to Handle Customer Complaints

  5. Performs any administrative works (filing & other related works)

  6. Initiative, conscientious and agile

  7. Good communication skills. English is a plus

  8. Time management

  9. Able to work in team

  10. Able to work with shifting

  11. Willing to be on contract for 3 months

  12. Placement: Denpasar

2. Leader Customer Care


Requirements

  1. Preferably have a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Economics / Insurance Management

  2. Minimum 1 year experience as Leader Customer Care or Call Center

  3. Mastering Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)

  4. Having good communication skills

  5. Fluency and Good Command in English is a must; multilingualism is a plus

  6. Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.

  7. Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively

  8. Customer-oriented mindset

  9. Critical thinker & Objective Oriented

  10. Good organizational and time-management skills

  11. Placement: Jakarta
