PT Bintang Toedjoe bergerak sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Kalbe Farma Tbk.didirikan pada tahun 1946 Bintang Toedjoe pun bergerak di bidang farmasi dan menghasilkan beberapa produk ternama yang dikenal masyarakat luas di Indonesia, di antaranya minuman energi Extra Joss dan Puyer Bintang Toedjoe. 

 

Perusahaan yang pertama kali didirikan di Jawa Barat ini, semula fokus pada produksi obat-obatan yang berguna untuk meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Setelah berkiprah selama 69 tahun di Indonesia, perusahaan ini pun terus berkembang dan tak hanya fokus pada obat-obatan saja, melainkan juga suplemen makanan dan fitofarmaka

1. Produksi


Requirements:

  1. Usia maksimal 24 tahun.

  2. Lulusan D3/S1 Teknik Mesin/Elektronika/Mekatronika.

  3. Terbuka untuk fresh graduate

  4. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai operator atau staff produksi di perusahaan farmasi atau FMCG menjadi nilai tambah

  5. Penempatan di Pulo Gadung

2. Product Innovation Supervisor

Job Description:


  1. Conducting preclinical tests and clinical trials for new and exsisting products.

  2. Selecting and preparing the necessary pharmacological data for the registration process of new products, local and export

  3. Check the authentication of the product claims both in leaflets and other promotional materials related to scientific issues.

  4. Arranging material from product knowledge training for the sales force team

  5. Ensuring all Product Innovation activities of the organization meet the requirements

  6. Provide input to improve the manufacturing process

  7. Undertaking new product development and innovation

  8. Choosing the right design concept and fundamental technology to use for new products or upgrades for existing products to ensure competitive pricing

  9. Oversee projects in Product Innovation, process and performance reports, data and analysis

  10. Negotiating contracts with consulting firms to conduct research or studies

  11. Determine the Functional Product Benefit of the products on the platform, including the amount of active substance needed and scientifically justifiable of the products.

Requirements


  1. Min. Bachelor of Pharmacy / Biology Medical Apothecary (Profession).

  2. Min. work experiences in related fields 3 years.

  3. Have work experience in FMCG company, preferred

  4. Project management, marketing research, quality management system, HACCP, ISO, GMP, FSSC,

  5. Sanitation 7 Hygiene, Presentation have computer skills

  6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment, detail, results oriented, can work under pressure, good communication skills, have high coordination, delegation, and enthusiasm

  7. Willing to be located in PT BINTANG TOEDJOE Head Office, Pulomas, Jakarta Timur
