Perusahaan memiliki dua pemegang saham utama di Indonesia yaitu PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk dan PT Provident Capital Indonesia. Merdeka Copper Gold didirikan pada tahun 2012 sebagai perusahaan induk yang memiliki lima anak usaha operasional yang bergerak di bisnis pertambangan, yang meliputi kegiatan eksplorasi dan nantinya kegiatan produksi emas, perak dan tembaga, serta mineral pengikut lainnya; dan jasa pertambangan. 

 

Kelima anak usaha Perusahaan tersebut adalah PT Bumi Suksesindo (“PT BSI”) yang memegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi tertanggal 9 Juli 2012, PT Damai Suksesindo yang memegang IUP Eksplorasi tertanggal 10 Desember 2012, PT Cinta Bumi Suksesindo, PT Beta Bumi Suksesindo, serta yang terakhir adalah PT Merdeka Mining Servis.

1. Compensation & Benefit Officer


Qualification

  1. Preferably having experience in the mining industry and consulting company.

  2. Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field.

  3. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience.

2. Compensation Benefit Assistant Manager

Qualification

  1. Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management

  2. Previous experience of job evaluation and labour market surveys

  3. Preferably having experience in mining industry and consulting company

  4. Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering, Accounting or similar relevant field. Magister is a plus

  5. Min. 8 years work experience in related field

3. Biodiversity Superintendent

Qualification


  1. Tertiary Graduate with relevant qualifications in Environment or Earth Sciences.

  2. Minimum of 10 year’s professional experience related to biodiversity/environmental aspects of mineral or metal processing, or metal mining.

  3. Knowledge of biodiversity best practice.

  4. Knowledge of environmental regulations and permits pertaining to the Mining Industry.

  5. Knowledge and understanding of technical, operation, administrative principles and procedures related to Environmental Management.

  6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  7. Understanding of databases, and common office programs including MS Office, Internet.

  8. Have the ability to work independently.

  9. Willing to work in remote areas.

4. Corporate Finance Specialist Role

Qualification

  1. Strong financial analysis, financial due diligence and/or modelling skills.

  2. Excellent report writing, excel and power point skills.

  3. Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.

  4. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field (financial due diligence, corporate finance and/or restructuring focused roles at advisory firms, Big 4, banks/securities firms and/or corporates) is required for this position.

5. Corporate Planning & Budgeting Specialist Role

Qualification


  1. Able to work with tight deadlines, dynamic working environment, and new challenges.

  2. High level critical thinking, analysis and reasoning.

  3. Hands on individuals and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

  4. Highest personal standards of behavior, acting with ethics, integrity and respect at all times.

  5. Bachelor (or above) degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.

  6. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

6. Environmental Compliance Superintendent

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree with relevant qualifications in Chemical Engineering or Environment Engineering. A Masters degree is a plus.

  2. Minimum of 5 year’s professional experience related to Metal Mining, mineral processing and/or refinery industries in Environmental Department.

  3. Minimum 2 year’s professional experience as Superintendent or 4 years as Supervisor in the mining operations in Environment Department.

  4. Ability to work independently.

  5. Willing travels and to work in remote areas.

7. HSE System & GIS Reporting Supervisor

Qualification


  1. Relevant degree in environmental engineering, land information systems, geographic information system, occupational health and safety or an equivalent course of study.

  2. Establish Environmental Compliance at all subsidiaries sites and project by conducting planning, executing, reporting and evaluation with direct Manager coordination.

  3. Minimum of 3 years experience as a GIS officer, preferably within the mining or energy industries.

  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and 365 (Teams, Share Points, Ms.Word, Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point)

  5. Proficient in GIS software, Geospatial data, mapping projects, geodatabase, area coordinates and reporting.

  6. Strong proficiency about Data Spatial Analysis and Digital Mapping.

  7. Proficient in Power BI / Data Studio dashboard development.

  8. Willing to travel to remote areas.

8. Junior Officer Contract

Qualification

  1. Fresh graduate or of 1-2 years of working experience.

  2. Have a basic Microsoft Office skill (advance skill on excel and word will be advantaged).

  3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both writing and speaking. Passive/active Chinese Language skill is a plus.

  4. Bachelor Degree’s majoring in Civil & Industrial Engineer will be advantaged.

9. Risk & CMS Superintendent

Qualification

  1. Knowledgeable of Contract and Contractor Management in mining industry

  2. Knowledgeable of Risk Management, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management in Mining Industry

  3. Certified Risk Management (ISO 31001, COSO), OHSMS ISO 45001, EMS ISO 14001, QMS ISO 9001, SMKP, SMK3, CSMS

  4. Proficient in English is a must

  5. Will be placed at Jakarta Head Office

  6. Tertiary Graduate with relevant qualifications in Engineering (Mine, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical), Natural Science, OHS & Environmental related discipline

  7. Minimum 10 years professional experience as HSE, Risk Management, CSMS Superintendent, Supervisory, Coordinating level.

  8. Minimum 7 years professional experience in the mining industry and/or high-risk industries
