1. Area Coordinator After Sales (Staff)
Responsibilities
Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.
Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.
Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.
Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.
Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.
Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.
Qualifications

Major:Teknik Industri, Finance, Economics, Manajemen, Marketing
Experience:At Least 3 Years
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.
Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).
Proven experience on implementing PDCA.
Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.
Willing to travel frequently for business trips (Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Eastern Indonesia area).
2. Brand Communication (Staff)
Responsibilities
Create, develop, and evaluate the brand communication strategy
Develop brand activation activity and responsible for its end-to-end process
Maintain and evaluate brand communication and activation concept implementation, both in MMKSI and dealers
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare, maintain, and control budget and all administration process related with Department activities
Support on creating communication strategy and creative production for new product

3. Business Development After Sales (Staff)
Responsibilities
Identify and explore new business ideas
Conduct a feasibility study to analyze and planning business development project
Conduct market research and data gathering from related parties
Maintain ongoing projects ; include but not limited to budget preparation, progress maintenance and monitoring, and reporting
Assist in the establishment of new business
Nurture network and synergy with internal and external stakeholders
Prepare proposal, report, and project presentation
Prepare, maintain, and control all administration process

4. Customer Satisfaction Analyst (Staff)
Responsibilities
Conduct analysis in order to generate improvement ideas for After Sales customer satisfaction.
Manage the improvement project implementation.
Conduct PDCA in CS project improvement.
Initiate activities to improve dealers’ services in order to increase customer satisfaction.
Set up a sustainability plan to ensure the targeted achievement of the customer satisfaction index.

Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.
Creating and maintaining SAP master data.

Maintain employees’ training database.
Generate activity reports and perform all administrative tasks needed.

Monitor in-house training at Mitsubishi dealer.
Develop training materials.
Prepare e-learning modules

Assist binding mortgage rights process
Conduct study or research about regulations related to the company’s business
