 untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar Restrukturisasi ini dilakukan kemudian untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap permintaan dari masing – masing segmen pasar dengan cepat dan fleksibel.


Restrukturisasi ini bertujuan untuk lebih fokus pada setiap segmen pasar, serta untuk merespon dan berkontribusi pada setiap permintaan dari masing – masing segmen Melalui perubahan struktur organisasi ini, Mitsubishi bertujuan untuk terus berkembang dan memperluas produk dan layanan dengan kualitas yang lebih baik, bagi konsumen setia kendaraan Mitsubishi dan juga masyarakat Indonesia.

1. Area Coordinator After Sales (Staff)

Responsibilities


  1. Maintain good relationships with dealers’ management and team members.

  2. Control & set up dealers’ targets and maintain the achievement.

  3. Set up activity to achieve targeted service incoming unit, spare parts sales, and customer satisfaction index.

  4. Conduct study and analyze service incoming unit and spare parts consumption.

  5. Monitor dealers’ spare parts payment and delivery.

  6. Support after-sales marketing program and ensure its implementation on dealers.

Qualifications

  1. Sex:Male/ Female

  2. Age:25-30

  3. Marital Status:Single / Married

  4. Last Education:Strata 1

  5. Major:Teknik Industri, Finance, Economics, Manajemen, Marketing

  6. Experience:At Least 3 Years

  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  8. Able to drive car (both manual & automatic transmission) and have a driving license.

  9. Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, if function, pivot, etc).

  10. Proven experience on implementing PDCA.

  11. Had a general knowledge of after-sales business will be a plus.

2. Brand Communication (Staff)

Responsibilities


  1. Create, develop, and evaluate the brand communication strategy

  2. Develop brand activation activity and responsible for its end-to-end process

  3. Maintain and evaluate brand communication and activation concept implementation, both in MMKSI and dealers

  4. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

  5. Prepare, maintain, and control budget and all administration process related with Department activities

  6. Support on creating communication strategy and creative production for new product

Responsibilities


  1. Identify and explore new business ideas

  2. Conduct a feasibility study to analyze and planning business development project

  3. Conduct market research and data gathering from related parties

  4. Maintain ongoing projects ; include but not limited to budget preparation, progress maintenance and monitoring, and reporting

  5. Assist in the establishment of new business

  6. Nurture network and synergy with internal and external stakeholders

  7. Prepare proposal, report, and project presentation

  8. Prepare, maintain, and control all administration process

Responsibilities


  1. Conduct analysis in order to generate improvement ideas for After Sales customer satisfaction.

  2. Manage the improvement project implementation.

  3. Conduct PDCA in CS project improvement.

  4. Initiate activities to improve dealers’ services in order to increase customer satisfaction.

  5. Set up a sustainability plan to ensure the targeted achievement of the customer satisfaction index.

  6. Coordinate with related parties, both internal and external

Qualifcations

Responsibilities


  1. Providing analysis of financial performance.

  4. Coordinating with all Departments to prepare a corporate budget planning and providing summary analysis aligned with a corporate plan.

  5. Creating and maintaining SAP master data.

  4. Maintain employees’ training database.

8. Junior Trainer (Staff)

Responsibilities


  1. Manage preparation, implementation, & post-training activities and administrative task needed.

  2. Deliver salesmanship and product knowledge training.

  3. Supervise and work closely with Mitsubishi Dealer Trainer.

  4. Monitor in-house training at Mitsubishi dealer.

  5. Develop training materials.

  6. Prepare e-learning modules

Qualifications

  6. Assist binding mortgage rights process

  7. Conduct study or research about regulations related to the company’s business

  3. Develop new products and accessories based on market needs and trends

  5. Create new accessories launching strategies

  6. Conduct body & paint dealer audit

  7. Coordinate with dealers, vendors, and other related parties both internal and external
