1. DHC6-300 Seaplane Captain Pilot
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide piloting services on the Company Turbo Prop aircraft in order to ensure safe and efficient charter assignments
Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on DHC6 300 Amphibian performance in order to enable the engineers to troubleshoot and repair engine faults and obtain optimum
Provide professional advice to the client on DHC6 300 Amphibian support operations in order to ensure safe and speedy operations.
Professional Requirements:
Graduate from Aviation School
Holding License: ICAO CPL and current Instrument rating & rated for the aircraft
Latest OPC not more than 1 year
Total flight time min: 2000 hours
Total In command min: 1500 hours
Total on type min: 500 hours
Minimum 5 years working experience as DHC6-300 Seaplane Captain
Good computer literate
Good understanding spoken & written English
Thorough knowledge of DGCA CASR
Non Technical Requirements:
Manage relationships & diversity
A team player
Passed medical health test
Minimum TOEIC score of a 550
Passed blind color test
Willing to be based in Indonesia / Batam area
2. DHC6-300 Seaplane Engineer
Principal Accountabilities:
Maintenance & certification DHC6 Series (Line, Base, and Heavy maintenance)
Controlling Technical documentation and record
Controlling spare parts, tools, equipment, and facilities
Controlling validity of personal license, medical, etc.
Professional Requirements:
Aviation Technical background or equivalent
Holder of Basic Licenses : A1 & A4; holder of C2 & C4 is preferred
Holder of DGAC LAME for DHC6 series
Thorough understanding of DHC6 systems
Minimum 10 years of working experience on DHC6 aircraft including 5 years in line maintenance on type
Having experience as EOB is an advantage
Good computer literate
Good understanding of spoken & written English
Thorough knowledge of DGCA CASR
Non Technical Requirements:
A team player
Manage relationships & diversity
Ability to troubleshoot, work alone and in a team
Previous experience in maintenance planning of resources
Passed medical health test

3. REI Engineer Mi-171
Principal Accountabilities:
Provide safe and efficient technical services on the Company’s fleet for each charter assignment
Work closely with Flight Operations and other Engineers to assess, monitor & provide feedback during troubleshooting of aircraft and engine fault repairs to ensure timely rectification and obtain optimum reliability
Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted safely and legally
Professional Requirements:
Graduates of Aviation Technical School or Engineering Graduates
Hold Basic Licenses (C1, C2 & C4) for local applicants
Hold current CAA or FAA A&P + FCC License for overseas applicants
Current in Mi-171 type
Minimum 5 years of working experience in line maintenance
Good computer skills
Good understanding of written & spoken English
Thorough knowledge of Aviation regulations (DGCA CASR for local applicants)
Non Technical Requirements:

4. QC Inspector
Principal Accountabilities:
Maintenance oversight on all Airfast fleet (line and base maintenance)
Internal and External audit & surveillance
DGCA liaison
Review and develop Company Manual, Aircraft Maintenance Program, Airworthiness Directive, Service Bulletin, and Tech Publication including minimum equipment list
Control personnel Licensing and Company Authorization
Additional duties as required by the company
Professional Requirements:
Aviation Academy graduate or equivalent
DGCA AME License holder, rated on B737-MAX is preferred
Minimum 10 years as AMEL Holder
Minimum 5 years working experience on type B737-NG and 1-year experience as QC Inspector
Having experience on type B737-MAX is an advantage
Good computer skills
Good understanding of written & spoken English
Trained as auditor
Willing to travel to any Airfast station or remote location
5. Captain Pilot B737 NG / MAX
Principal Accountabilities:

7. Flight Attendant B737 MAX
Principal Accountabilities:
Performs, in the interest of the safety of the passenger, duties assigned by company
Responsible for the welfare of the passengers in all aspects in the cabin including safety and service
Professional Requirements:
Experienced flight attendant, holds Indonesian Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC) endorsed with the B737 NG type rating; preferable current rated in B737 MAX
Preferably Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (any major)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Hold a valid Indonesian passport
Proper knowledge of flight attendant-related CASR
Non Technical Requirements:
Female
Excellent overall health and an overall pleasing and well-groomed appearance

8. Chief of Flight Standards
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and implementation of policies and procedures of flight crew-standardizing issues throughout the Company
Assess and develop training programs that satisfy the regulatory and AIRFAST policy requirements
Coordination with Chief Pilot and Safety Department to identify and implement improvements in training and operating procedures for safe & legal flight operations
Initiate, develop, and get approval of the Aircraft Standard Operation Procedures Flight Manuals, Training Manuals, and AIRFAST policy training doctrine, maintain the Company Flight Standardization Manual
Organizing standardization meetings at least once every month with the Operations Teams and any other required staff when deemed necessary
Coordinate all activities of the Company Check Pilots and Check Airmen/FAA designees under the Chief of Flight Standards and Documents
Represent Training & Standards in a formal meeting with internal and external
Professional Requirements:
Preferably flying school graduate
Min. 3 years experience as pilot in command, experience in developing policies and procedures of flight crews, and having supervisory experience as well
Having a general aviation knowledge
Having at least 1 type rating operates by company
Able to manage documents and communicate with other relevant parties
Fluent in English both spoken and written
9. Sheet Metal Technician
Principal Accountabilities:
Maintain, modify, and install the various components of aircraft sheet metal
Repair, rework, install and fabricate the complex aircraft structural assemblies, both internal and external
Lay out plans, fabrication, and installation models for modifications
Perform checks; carry out inspections and removal of components
Study technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings
Provide assistance to aircraft technicians and mechanics on various tasks
Remove and disassemble defective parts of the aircraft
Perform final checks on assembly and installation of parts that were replaced
Maintain and keep track of all the maintenance records
Adhere to company policies and safety programs
Maintain the supplies and perform preventive maintenance
Professional Requirements:
Technical Senior High School or Aviation Academy graduate or equivalent
Having a basic Sheet Metal Course Certificate
Preferably having DGCA Basic License A2 and/or A2
Min. 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance (repair, alteration & modification)
Good in English both verbal and written
Willing to work in the field and remote area
10. Legal Counsel
Principal Accountabilities:
Maintain, modify, and install the various components of aircraft sheet metal
Repair, rework, install and fabricate the complex aircraft structural assemblies, both internal and external

11. Company System Procedures Administrator
Principal Accountabilities:
Create and develop any required Manuals and SOPs (for all departments).
Monitor all applicable regulations (issued by Government and or Company), any changes, or any new issues; right away revise the relevant manuals/SOP.
Keep all Manuals/SOP current at any time to avoid any finding on internal/external audits or surveillances.
Present and discuss the developed or revised manuals/SOP to the user prior to approval and publication.
Create and develop HR&GA projects as directed by the HR&GA Manager.
Professional Requirements:
Minimum S1 any background (majoring in Communication is preferable);
Minimum 5 years experience working in aviation company;
Mastering business processes in aviation company;
Mastering Indonesian regulations such as UU No. 1, CASR, AC, SI, and have knowledge of the regulation applied by FAA and EASA;
TOEIC score minimum 800.
IT literacy in Microsoft Office.

Ability to work mostly unsupervised.
