Susi Air merupakan perusahaan maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat,
setidaknya ada lima pangkalan udara untuk wilayah operasi Susi Air sepertai di Medan, Jakarta, Balikpapan, Kendari, Bandung, Cilacap, dan Sentani ,walau maskapai ini masih terdaftar pada daftar maskapai penerbangan dilarang di Uni Eropa.
Susi Air Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti,berawal untuk mengantarkan muatan perikanan dari perusahaan lain milik Susi, PT ASI Pudjiastuti. Gempa bumi Samudra Hindia 2004 yang terjadi di pesisir barat Sumatera beberapa saat setelah dua pesawat Cessna Grand Caravan pertama Susi Air dipesan, langsung digunakan untuk membantu pengiriman peralatan dan obat-obatan bagi regu penolong.

1. Finance & Accounting Officer
Requirements :
Minimum 1 years working experience
Diploma/Bachelor Degree Accounting Major/Finance with GPA Minimum 3.00 from notable university
Familiar with Accounting software (Accurate Preferable)
Advanced skills in Excel Formulas and Spreadsheet (Query,etc)
Mastering financial and accounting systems
Able to compile financial reports, budget control and tax reports
Must send portfolio
Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
Able to work individually or team work
Worked well under pressure
Creative and innovative
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
2. PIC of Media Team
Requirements :
Diploma / Bachelor in related major ( Photography, Art, Design, DKV ) or Any major who passionate
with photography fieldHaving minimum 1 years in a related field
Fluent in english
Able to lead, coordinate, work under pressure and have good problem solving and critical thinking
Having an ability to use media production equipment (Camera and Drone)
Able to manage all company contents in social media and magazine
Have an artistic abilities in brand design, videography and photography
Willing to work flexible hours according to company needs
Having editing skills and editing tools applications (Photoshop, AI, etc.)
Proactive in all division needs and have good communication skills
Able to work individually and in a team
Proactive to manage inventory devisions need
Able to work under pressure and meet deadline target
3. Legal Officer
Responsibilities :
Working with the Legal Team on all issues related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders.
Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the Company.
Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter.
Any other assignment needed by the Company.
Requirements :
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree All Major from Reputable University
Minimum 1-year work experience
Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
Able to handle company documents and permits
Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
Skill in multitasking

4. Full Stack Developer
Responsibilities :
Update website with the most current information
Develop, test and deploy dynamic web-based solutions
Develop mobile apps and or hybrid apps is a plus
Integrate third party system like payment solution, travel agency
Work collaboratively with business and operation to determine web templates, designs and user journey
Work as back end and front end developer
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years Of web and mobile development experience
Ability to manually code web frontend application
Strong database experience with SQL and or NoSql
Proven experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP
Experience with AJAX, JSON
Experience with E-commerce websites
Able to integrate with 3rd party services
Proven experience is REST API
Able to develop using VueJs or NuxtJs, React or NextJs. Typescript is a great plus
Experience in mobile or hybrid application (IOS and Android) is a great plus
Positive attitude is expected
Able to start work immediately or with short notice
Ability to keep learning and adapt new web/mobile technologies
Ability to handle pressure and work within tight schedules.

5. Senior IT & Network
Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and prepare: PC configuration, Notebook/Laptop, server, printer, wifi network, CCTV, Mikrotik, operating system, and application
Handle inventory assets, make IT Budget Plans, search for IT equipment specifications and make price quotes
Manage all the needs and handling Of problems relating to IT
Supervising to monitor and maintain systems, local servers, and computer networks
Manage all operational activities around IT Support and Networking
Lead and Control the supervision and maintenance Of network infrastructure, network security systems, hardware, software, equipment and other IT equipment
Requirements :
Minimum 3 years experience in IT Support and Networking
Good communication, leadership and strong analytical thinking
Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, Server / SSH, DHCP)
Familiar with Mikrotik (wireless, routeros, radius server)
Understand tasks as IT Support, Windows operating systems, Linux, and Ms. Office

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement recruitment plans, including all recruitment processes and regarding organizational development.
Ensure recruitment processes are in accordance with procedures based on recruitment policy
Responsible for the recruitment process for experienced hires (job posting, screening, interview, conducting test, background checking, offering and onboarding).
Responsible to create monthly new hires forecast report
Ensure that all employee have Job description and coordinating with all user
Create and monitor KPI or performance appraisal employees.
Requirements :
Bachelor degree in psychology / human resources management.
Experienced minimum 2 years in aviation company or related field.
Experienced in the end-to-end recruitment process.
English is a must.
Able to conduct psychological testing and explain the result to users
