1. Recruitment Staff

Responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of workforce needs in the company with the right candidates through the implementation of the recruitment process, tests, along with administrative processes related to recruitment.

The Role:

  1. Fulfilling the need for manpower in accordance with the manpower requirement plan

  2. Carry out the CV selection process, interviews, tests and employee recruitment processes

  3. Maximizing the candidate database through various methods such as Job fairs, Campus hiring, Media Job postings, external collaboration and others

  4. Carry out administrative processes related to recruitment (recruitment reports, candidate data, administration and documentation of documents related to recruitment)

  5. Support improvement and system in Recruitment

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor Degree (S1) – Psychology from a Reputable University with a minimum GPA of 3.00

  2. Minimum 3 years experience as Recruiter (from FMCG industry or Head Hunter company is a plus)

  3. Familiar with test recruitment tools

  4. Have ability in Ms Office (Ms Word, Excel, Power point)

  5. Have good personality and work attitude, able to communicate well, and have integrity

  6. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

2. Learning & Development Specialist (L&D)

Responsible for employee competency development to support achievement of Company Strategy and Business needs.

The Role:

  1. Facilitate development and implementation of Competencies standard, Competency assessment, Competency matrix, Development need analysis, Individual development plan & implementation.

  2. Support development & implementation of employee competency development framework & method.

  3. Lead, facilitate and evaluate full cycle of training deployment from Training Need Analysis (TNA), Module development, Training method & delivery (including training support & logistic) and Training evaluation.

  4. Use best practice knowledge from external market to help guide internal policies and interventions on Learning & Development related matters.

Requirement:

  1. Bachelor degree (S1)  from Psychology or Education or Human Resource Management, with GPA min 3.00, from Reputable University

  2. Have minimum 10 years experiences on Learning & Development from Manufacturing industry or FMCG

  3. Have a certification and experience as a trainer will be a plus point

  4. Have a positive, proactive growth mindset. Confident with articulate communications skills, able to interact effectively with people at all levels in the organization

  5. Willing to travel outside Jakarta (if needed)

3. Staff Maintenance (For Production Machines)

Carry out of repairs and maintenance of production machines so that they run smoothly to meet requests from PPIC by paying attention to product quality and efficient production processes.

The Role:

  1. Minimizing the value of machine downtime and machine waste

  2. Carry out machine maintenance schedule

  3. Providing machine repair and maintenance training to Production Staff, Operators, and Maintenance Employees

  4. Assign work assignments and monitor the work results and work processes of Maintenance Employees

  5. Record and evaluate the replacement of spare parts on machines and stock taking

  6. Evaluate production problems by analyzing daily production achievement data and or OEE data

  7. Carry out 5R, K3, and ISO documentation consistently and responsibly

Requirement:

  1. Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) – Mechanical Engineering (Industry or Manufacturing or Conversy Energy) or Electrical Engineering (Low Voltage or High Voltage), with minimum GPA 3.00

  2. Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Maintenance Field (for Production Machines)

  3. Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday
    Monday to Friday: Shift 1: 6 am to 2 pm, Shift 2: 2 pm to 10 pm, Shift 3: 10 pm to 6 am

4. Staff Injection

Controlling the production implementation process and coordinating the work of team members to increase work productivity.

The Role:

  1. Machine repair, new mold settings if needed, changing old mold parameter settings

  2. Collect, use and store raw materials according to procedures.

  3. Carry out the production process according to the Production Order and the predetermined targets

  4. Maintenance of machines and supporting tools so that the production process is not hampered

  5. Process administration related to production (data input to the system, report documentation, communication between shifts, etc.)

  6. Coordinate the work of team members, work improvement, and development (training) of production team members.

Requirement:

  1. Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor Degree (S1) –  Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00

  2. Fresh Graduate or 1 year work experience in Injection field

  3. Willing to work Shift (3-Shift): Monday to Saturday

Supporting the fulfillment of the production plan by maintaining and maintaining every injection mold in the warehouse or in production to run smoothly in accordance with the provisions.

The Role:

  1. Analyze and repair problematic injection molds.

  3. Coordinate the manufacture of mold spare parts with machine tool operators.

  2. Delegating production plans, reviewing and validating production team work.

  6. Improve the Skill & Knowledge of the production team.

  8. Perform all tasks related to production activities.

Requirement:

  1. Pharmacist Professional Formal Education or Bachelor Degree (S1) – Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00 from University with Accreditation A (Excellent)

  2. Fresh Graduate or Minimum 1 year Work Experience in Research & Development Division of a Fast Moving Consumer Good (FMCG) or Cosmetics or Toiletries (Goods used for washing and for face care, body care, and hair care) or dishes, kitchen utensils, and cooking equipment

  3. Have knowledge about Cosmetics Regulation, CPKB, and Halal

  4. Have an active STRA and have not been in charge anywhere

  5. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

  6. Likes work in the Laboratory and in the field and knows several Laboratory Instruments, can work with teams and individuals
