Lowongan Kerja PT Luna Boga Narayan (Jiwa Group)

1. District Manager

Qualification

  1. Min. D1/D3 from any major

  2. At least a year experience being a District Manager in F&B industry

  3. Understand to analyze business in order to achieve sales target

  4. Familiar with P&L Budgeting

  5. Able to supervise more than ten stores with multiple brands

  6. Able to operate Ms. O!ce (Excel, Word, etc)

  7. A Hardworker person is someone that we’ve been looking for

2. Sales Catering Manager

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or any related “elds are very welcome

  2. Min. 4 years of experiences in Catering Management and Sales

  3. Have a strong leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills

  4. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  5. Good at multitasking

3. Tax Supervisor

Qualification

  1. A Bachelor Degree of Tax or Accounting

  2. Experiences matter but a hardworker & persistent-person are very welcome

  3. Interest in F&B or retail industry

  4. Operate Accurate, e-SPT, E-BuPot, e-Faktur & Excel is a plus

  5. Understand about PPh21, PPh23, PPh 4(2), PPN, PBB1

  6. Detail-oriented person are someone that we’ve been looking for

  7. Mastering at Tax Inspection

  8. Familiar with SAP

4. Talent Management Supervisor

Qualification

  1. Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology

  2. At least a year experience as SPV Talent Management or 2 years experiences as Assessment Consultation

  3. Mastering in utilizing psychological assessment tools and a strong grasp of psychogram development

  4. Able to create and measure competencies

  5. Creative in designing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and implementing assessment processes

5. Technician Staff

Qualification

  1. SMK/D3 Mechanical Engineering or related “eld is a plus

  2. At least a year experience as technician sta# or electricity

  3. Interest in F&B or Retail industry

  4. Familiar with HVAC, Electricity, Plumbing and Kitchen Equipment

6. Legal Corporate Staff

Qualification

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law is a must

  2. At least 2 years of experiences in Corporate Legal (Experienced in F&B Industry is a plus)

  3. Fresh graduate also welcome to apply

  4. Awesome at administration and management skills

  5. Good at written and verbal communication skills

  6. Strong ability to provide well-informed legal opinions based on a comprehensive understanding of applicable laws and regulations

7. SAP Functional Support

Qualification

  1. At least a year experience as a SAP Consultant

  2. Mastering in SAP con”guration

  3. Strong grasp of analytical and logical system concepts

  4. Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills is a plus

  5. Familiar with SAP’s structure, database and architecture

  6. Understand about business processses and requirements

  7. Love to work with others

  8. Pro”cient in SAP MM / SAP FICO / SAP ABAP

8. Inventory Control Staff

Qualification

  1. A Bachelor Degree of Accounting or any related “eld is a plus

  2. At least a year experience in inventory control “eld

  3. Interest in F&B or Retail industry

  4. Operate Accurate, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics GP & Ms. Office (Excel) is a plus

  5. Detail-Oriented person are someone that we’ve been looking for

  6. Understand about Stock Opname & Inventory Movement is a plus

  7. Have a C-Type License is a must

9. Trainer Staff

Qualification

  1. Bachelor degree from any backround are very welcome

  2. Experiences matter but a good communicator is someone that we’ve been looking for

  3. Have a strong analytical, conceptual & delivery training skills (especially : soft skills)

  4. Familiar with syllabus, curriculum & Learning Management System (LMS)

10. TikTok Content Creator

Qualification

  1. Bachelor Degree from any major are very welcome

  2. Have a good understanding of end-to-end content creation

  3. Able and familiar to use editing application (ex : InShot or CapCut)

  4. A creative person is someone that we’ve been looking for

  5. A quick learner with an agile mindset are matches with this position

11. System Analyst Internship

Qualification

  1. Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Information System or related Felds

  2. Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, etc) and ERP

  3. Familiar with Business Process in general

  4. Excellent communication skills
