Perusahaan memiliki dua pemegang saham utama di Indonesia yaitu PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk dan PT Provident Capital Indonesia. Merdeka Copper Gold didirikan pada tahun 2012 sebagai perusahaan induk yang memiliki lima anak usaha operasional yang bergerak di bisnis pertambangan, yang meliputi kegiatan eksplorasi dan nantinya kegiatan produksi emas, perak dan tembaga, serta mineral pengikut lainnya; dan jasa pertambangan.

Kelima anak usaha Perusahaan tersebut adalah PT Bumi Suksesindo (“PT BSI”) yang memegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi tertanggal 9 Juli 2012, PT Damai Suksesindo yang memegang IUP Eksplorasi tertanggal 10 Desember 2012, PT Cinta Bumi Suksesindo, PT Beta Bumi Suksesindo, serta yang terakhir adalah PT Merdeka Mining Servis.

RECRUITMENT OFFICER

Overview:
Support the Recruitment Specialist in carrying out the process of fulfilling man power needs achieved properly and in a timely fashion.

Requirements :

Bachelor degree of Psychology or Human Resources Management.
Have min. 1 gear of work experience as Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition from mining company; and min. 2 years if comes from other industries or other HR sections in junior level.
High orientation of details, able to work with tight deadline, fast-paced and accurate.
Computer literate.
Good communication, high adaptability and able to work well in team.
Able to communicate in english, both verbal and written.
Willing to be placed in Wetar, Maluku with roster 4 weeks on-site and 2 weeks off (leave will be fully accomodated to POH).
Willing to assigned in temporary based (6 months contract).
