HR Staff

Job Responsibilities

  1. Manage the administrative functions of personnel / HR, such as attendance data, promotion, rotation, mutation, and employee payroll

  2. Conduct the selection and recruitment to ensure the availability of manpower required in accordance with demand and qualifications within the agreed time.

  3. Perform payroll activities for non staff employee in Site Office

  4. Preparation and implementation of training and development programs, including the identification of training needs and training evaluation, to ensure the achievement of the target level of ability and competence of each employee.

  5. Storing employee data  (medical reimbursement, time off) in Sunfish Program

  6. Reporting the administration and Human resources management activities

  7. Develop Manpower Planning for Operation and Maintenance team in site office

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate majoring in any major with min GPA 3.00

  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have 1 (one) year experience as HR Staff

  3. Broad experience and proven skills in recruitment and training will be advantage

  4. Familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint

  5. Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team

  6. Willing to be located in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster based)
