Lowongan Kerja PT Global Tiket Network (Tiket.com)

1. Customer Engagement Intern

Your main duties in flying with us:

1. Support in producing content for the Engagement Team.

2. Take part in the Quality Control team to ensure all campaigns that are blasted are proper and pass review.

3. Assist members in terms of reporting, from collecting data to providing proof of the campaign.

4. Participate in various projects related to competitor analysis and engagement trends.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

1. You are a passionate fresh graduate of final-year semester student who is currently pursuing a degree (min. 7 semester)

2. Willing to do internship and is available for 6 months

3. Must be fluent in English written and verbal

4. Creative, innovative, proactive person

5. Able to work with minimum supervision

6. Competency in Microsoft and Google Suites applications

7. Ability to maintain quality across high volumes of work with tight deadlines

2. Public Relations Intern

Your main duties in flying with us:

1. Making press kits and news about tiket.com

2. Monitor and compile every news media coverage and help to generate media weekly reports

3. Assist press conferences, both offline and virtual and other media interviews

4. Establish media partnerships and other forms of cooperation with the media

5. Build and maintain a good working relationship with media & the influencer as our Key Opinion Leader (KOL)

6. Assist the communication with government

7. Explore the information of government events

8. Making press kits and news regarding collaboration with government

9. Assist government relations projects, both offline and virtual.

10. Build and maintain a good working relationship with the government stakeholders

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

1. Undergraduate students of communications, international relations, or related studies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

2. Good writing skills, knowledge of current trends in mass media & new media

3. Creative, willing to explore possibilities of collaboration with the media and influencers

4. High interest in social issues

5. Able to do remote-working jobs, especially to communicate effectively through a written communication channel

3. Software Quality Assurance Intern

Your main duties in flying with us:

1. Do exploratory testing to found the bug on our mobile apps

2. Report and manage bug reports and actively communicate with the team

3. Create and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases using Test Case Management Tools

4. Handle Frontend for Web and Mobile web

5. Mindset of thinking Out of the box and able to think variations of scenarios for a given situation
