1. HR Administration Officer
Responsibilities :
Assist HR Administration process
Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Organizing and maintaining personnel records
Updating internal HR database
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree with GPA 3.0 above graduated from a leading university with major in Management, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering
Preferably experienced in handling BPJS Tenaga Kerja & BPJS Kesehatan, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Result Oriented, Accountable, Team Work, High Integrity & Pro Active
Good in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
Good attention to detail, neat, easy to adapt, high integrity and pro active.
Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal
Willing to be contracted under Subsidiary of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk.
2. Business Process Analyst
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Management Information System / Industrial Engineering or other relevant degree with minimal GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Preferably if you have work experience as Business Process Analyst
Fluent in Bahasa and English
Excellent interpersonal skills with the drive and flexibility to support other
Excellent data and reconciliation skills

3. Legal and Compliance Officer
Responsibilities :
Developing and overseeing that the company meets its compliance obligations under relevant laws and the requirements of regulatory authorities
Ensure the compliance of the Company’s policies, Standard Operating Procedures, Environment and safety standards, SMKP, and SMP (Security Management system) in preparing contract drafting, reviewing and negotiation process.
Involve of Team Bidding Negotiation, drafting and implementation of the terms of agreements in all business contracts and agreements
Responsible for providing legal support in controlling customer complaints to mitigate the risk of litigation
Review documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing
Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks
Assess company operations to determine compliance risk
Review of all relevant statutory laws and regulations applicable to the Company and ensure compliance with these
Ensure that business activities are conducted in conformity with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and procedures
Continual compliance risk assessment of company practices together with the development of internal policies and procedures, compliance training and protocols
Serve as liaison for all regulatory bodies to develop and review company policies as the draft for action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum GPA of 3.0
3 – 5 years’ proven experience in a legal and/or compliance officer role
Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures
Brilliant oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English and good in Mandarin conversation
Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point), Design (Canva), Contract Drafting, Legal Research, and Legal Opinion Writing.
Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail on legal and/or compliance aspects
4. Recruitment Officer
Responsibilities :
Reviewing resumes and cover letters to determine whether candidates meet qualifications for the position
Interviewing and screening applicants to determine whether they are qualified for a position
Scheduling and conducting interviews with candidates to evaluate their suitability for the job
Recommending candidates for hiring based on their qualifications, skills, and compatibility with the company culture
Maintaining contact with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure that each step is completed on schedule
Qualifications :
Minimum Master Degree of Professional Psychology with GPA 3.0 above, graduated from a leading university, Industrial & Organizational Psychologist are preferred
Having 2-3 years of experience in the field of recruitment specialist, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Having SIPP, able to conduct Psychotest and intreprete psychotest result

5. Sales Mortar
Responsibilities :
Responsible for achieving sales target in the relevant regional area.
Build a distribution network in the relevant regional area.
Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities – to increase sales
Create and develop sales strategies to maximize sales team target achievement
Assist the negotiation process with distributors
Conduct research and identification of the market in the relevant regional area
Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc).
Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and prepare evaluation report.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Civil Enginerring or Master Degree in Business Administator with minimun GPA 3.
Minimun 7 Years experience as salesman, implementation of marketing & sales program, and well known concept Route To Market.
Preferably having experience in mortar/building materials/FMCG
Language skill: Bahasa Indonesia & English, preferably fluent in Mandarin
Result oriented, accountable, teamwork, high integrity and proactive
Good in Microsoft Office (excel, powerpoint, word).
Have a driving license and able to drive.
